Thank you for shopping with Velocity Gear.

Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. Customers will be notified by email if there is a significant delay.


Shipping times

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Norway: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

We do not refund shipping costs.


Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Customs, duties & taxes

Velocity Gear is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Incorrect address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.


Lost or delayed packages

Velocity Gear is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


Damaged items

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
